Become part of the conversation and explore the interface of nurse well-being and professional identity in nursing. Sponsored by the International Society for Professional Identity in Nursing (ISPIN), this virtual touchpoint welcomed all nurses and nursing students, U.S. and international, to reflect on the cultivation and refinement of wellbeing as part of a Professional Identity in Nursing Initiative, Thrive in 2025.

Wellbeing is an expectation addressed in our American Nurses Association Code of Ethics and the Future of Nursing 2020-2030: Charting a Path to Achieve Health Equity report, as it is the duty of the nurse to attend to personal and professional wellbeing.
